8 days past due & no signs for AF. Took a test and its bfn, could it be possible bfn turns out B

i was feeling so pregnant but test shows im not? what is happening to me...

still negative (but actually there is a thin faint line not so clear to see) but I feel so pregnant... have an appointment tomorrow with my OB...

my OB said to wait another week if AF doesnt show.. gosh, i feel something weird happening inside me.. does anyone here experienced like i do?? please help.
