Did I Ovulate? pregnancy CM?

I have recently come of bc to start TTC. My last bleed started 12/3/14. Approx 6 weeks ago... I've not bled since. I understand it can take 6 months to get back to norm cycle. However, I've got increasingly sore breast and nipples, also a change in CM... Very stretchy egg white like cm about 4 days ago now it's thick white and creamy. I'm also incredibly tired! Out of the blue two days ago I got a horrible headache with a hot flush then still had headache the next day with nauseous feeling on and off. Feeling better now.
What do you guys think? When should I test? Have I ovulated or is is just menstrual symptoms I haven't experienced in years due to BC so just expecting AF? Ahhh help!
