Question

Irregular cycle lengths after having a child. Did this happen to you AND now you are regular?

My daughter will be 18 months in a week and my cycles became very long after I had her and stopped breastfeeding at 4 months. They were 35 days apart and the last six months they have gone down to 30 as of this month. I am having a chemical now so i am not sure if that matters. BUT I JUST WANTED TO KNOW MAYBE PART OF THE PROBLEM CONCEIVING IS MY CYCLES WERE 28 WHEN I CONCEIVED MY TWO KIDS AND MAYBE I NEED TO 28 AGAIN? IDK.

I don't think cycles need to be of a particular length in order for women to become pregnant first off. What is important is whether your hormone levels are in balance and eggs are of good quality. One of my children was conceived during a 29 day cycle, another during a 25 day cycle. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I agree. As long as your luteal phase is sufficient, cycle length is pretty much irrelevant. Irregular periods just make it harder bc your ovulation is harder to predict. I conceived my first on a 31 day cycle & my 2nd on a 27. My cycle shorted after baby #1.
