Ovulated sooner than expected! Am I expecting? ;)
My fiancé and I had unprotected sex on the 17th of April. According to my period tracker, I should have ovulated a few days from now on the 22nd or 23rd. I'm 100% sure that I am ovulating right now. I have the egg white CM, and everything else that goes along with it. I know it's more unlikely to get pregnant 5 days before ovulation, but now it's 2 days before, not 5. I would appreciate some insight!! This is my first time ttc. Thanks in advance! :)

The best time to have sex is to do so when you have the egg white watery CM. You usually get this right before you you are going to release an egg. My advise is to get some internet cheapies ovulation dip sticks! That way when you test positive you know to get busy with it and that 24-36 hours after test you'll release an egg! Good luck x

Everyone is different, but I always had ewcm in the immediate days leading up to O. On actual O day, I usually dried up fairly fast. It is best to have sex in the 2-3 prior to O, however, in the right conditions, sperm can live up to 5. If you're seeing ewcm, I would continue having sex. Every other day should be sufficient.
