What are the chances of being pregnant a month after a miscarriage?

On March 12th my miscarriage was confirmed & bleeding ended maybe March 20th. About 3 days ago I took a dollar store pregnancy test which was a clear negative. Yesterday & today I've taken tests which both came back positive but took a bit longer then normal.
Thoughts?

I became pregnant a few years ago the following month after a miscarriage. This is not that uncommon and I am encouraged that your most recent tests seem to be positive. See a doctor for a bloodtest to confirm your results. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
