Anxious

This is my second month TTC and I am 11 DPO today. I got anxious yesterday and took FRER test and got a BFN. My period is due Monday and every month like clockwork I always spot 3 days before my period which would start today. I have had nothing but creamy CM, no spotting yet. I have also had horrible headaches since the beginning of the week and low back pain. I always get bad headaches before my AF but only about 2 days out. I have one more pregnancy test and am trying my hardest not to use it yet. Has anyone else had a BFN and then BFP right after?? So hard trying to distinguish between AF symptoms and early pregnancy symptoms, especially when you have never been pregnant. This 2WW is killing me.
