Could I be pregnant?
I'm new to all of this so please bare with me.
Me and my partner are not trying to conceive but the last couple of months or so I feel like my pill hasn't been working right. My body hasn't been right. So this month I'm feeling different to what I usually do before AF comes. I'm not 100% when I ovulated but I use an app which estimates it for me and according to the app I'm 10dpo. I feel tired (which comes in spurts, one min I'm fine, then I could just lay down anywhere and sleep, but I resist) I have spouts of nausea for no reason, my BBs were sore at the beginning of the week but now they just feel heavy, and full and sometimes feel like there's a slight shooting discomfort in them, i feel like I need to wee a bit more than usual, foggy headache, stuffy nose, very moody, snappy and getting upset over silly things, this week I had a break out with acne which I don't tend to get (only usually get one or two spots)
So could I be pregnant or am I overthinking things?

You shouldn't ovulate at all when on the pill... but it does happen sometimes because I know people who have gotten pregnant while on the pill... I agree with the other answer... you should take a test... and if it's negative, maybe talk to your doctor anyway... might need a different pill if this one is screwing with your body and hormones. Good luck!
