Sore boobs and mild cramping and sore throat! Can anyone help??

Hi guys, I've been experiencing pain in my boobs, mainly the right one down the outer side. It comes and goes but I've had this for roughly 4 days! It's not unbearable like a lot of people have said previously. But I'm due for AF around a weeks time, I took a test weds and was BFN! I have never really experienced this before, especially so soon before AF! I think I'm around 9-11 DPO. I've also had mild cramping not strong either just like the ones you would get during AF, and have experienced a sore throat. Which sounds silly but I'm never ill or suffer with colds etc, which makes me think I could be as my immune system would be lower??? Any opinions and help greatly appreciated x
