I had a miscarriage 1 month ago; now I've had a negative now a positive.. Thoughts?

Ok, so I had a miscarriage around 5 weeks.
March 11; I was at 200 HCG
March 13; miscarriage was confirmed w/ ultrasound
March 16; baby passed through

Now, 2 or 3 days ago I took a dollarama test which came back negative (still is). & I took another one today, which I watched for 20 minutes & was negative, turned out to be a positive later throughout the day.
** w/ both pregnancies I've had, I had negatives which turned out positives a bit later.
