Question

Can I have very low hcg that is not doubling and a healthy pregnancy?

Here is my info...

10dpo 17hcg

14dpo 77hcg

16dpo 177 hcg

22dpo 1223 hcg

Red spotting on 24dpo

25dpo 1700hcg That's a 150+hr doubling time.

30dpo 2600 hcg That's 190+hr doubling time!!

30dpo ultrasound saw heartbeat (110) measuring 5weeks 6 days ... Everything appears normal besides my beta results. I'm scared. I've had 3 miscarriages.. two of them after I saw the heartbeat :(

What does your doctor say about this? I had 6 miscarriages and then you naturally focus more on things like the HCG doubling. I know that at some point when the pregnancy advances the numbers don't double any more and that is normal. Unfortunately, I don't remember at how many weeks that was. Best wishes.

Doubling rates for hcg levels under 1200 are expected to be between 48 AND 72 hours
Over 1200, the doubling slows down quite a lot, to be OVER 96 hours.
Your hcg seems fine to me.
Since you've seen a heartbeat, miscarriage is less likely -- but the fact that you've had 2 previous losses after seeing a heartbeat is worrisome. Do you know the reasons for your prior losses?

Oh. This happened to me and dh. He called it a blighted ovum and it will pass itself. Our baby wasn't even 3 weeks made....

Oh sorry. I didn't read the question. I just read the title I guess. Lol. Sorry. Sounds healthy. Congrats. Everyone is different so everyone will have different hcg levels than someone else. Good luck

Hi there. I was wondering how it is going for you today? I had a look at your numbers. When you plot them on an hCG chart like the one you can find here: http://www.raddaily.com/whitepaperarticle.php?articleTitle=First+Trimester+Ultrasound your earlier hCG follows the 50th percentile beautifully but by your last one it has dropped off to below the 5th percentile. I would say you are right to be a bit suspicious that all is not right, but please try not to stress about it as there is nothing you can do if you are going to miscarry. And things might resolve perfectly fine. I am so sorry about the miscarriages. I had one and we saw the heartbeat for that one too. My hCG had been dropping off as well though, so I was prepared for the worst. Have you had any testing done to see what is happening? It must be heartbreaking for it to happen so often. How long have you been trying? We are at 2 years 4 months of TTC now. Our miscarriage was over a year ago now and I haven't been pregnant since.

Thank you. My doctor has stopped bloodwork.. But I have another ultrasound in one week to see if everything is progressing properly. I will be almost 8 weeks at that point.. I really hope to see the heartbeat again.
