can your body know when your starting to want to conceive?

so just to put it out there im a small tiny lady only 5"4 n' 100 lb... okay so for the past 3 months iv been trying to get pregnant and its seem as though my body is gaining more wight and i have recently been having positive opks 3 days in a row in stead of one
