Yoga for fertility?

I have read that yoga can help fertility. Has anyone tried it? Had success conceiving? DVD recommendations??? Thanks & baby dust to all!!

yes I am doing yoga. I have PCOD too, but doesn,t matter yoga will increase chances of pregnancy.. uummm Try to watch BABA RAMDEO "yoga for pregnant woman" on youtube.. this video is in two parts, part 1 and part 2. Their are DVD you can also buy online..

During yoga Breath is very important, there are few rules for yoga so whenever you do follow the rules.

Lots of baby dust :)
