Question

21 day progesterone results back at 26 but temp being rocky post o.

So good thing is I've ovulated but my post o temps are usually not this erratic. They have been higher than normal but then they keep dipping. One night of the dip we were out of town and in a hotel and this time it dipped but we had a major weather change. Could those be affecting my temps this much?

Temperatures do get affected by all kinds of disturbances (travel, sickness, going to bed late, alcohol, etc). also, the progesterone levels themselves fluctuate during the luteal phase which can show up on your chart. I would not worry. Best wishes.
