Question

O pains on both sides?

This is my first round of Clomid (cd5-9). I had some cramping around cd 11 which I thought was o but I didn't receive my LH surge until today (cd13). I am experiencing O pain in both of my ovaries. Sometimes its one side and it switches to the other, but sometimes its both sides at the same time. I am not sure what this means, could I be Oing outta both ovaries?

I experience this in nearly every cycle. Oftentimes, it means I have ovarian cysts. Last cycle and the one before that, I had pain on one side, the other side, and both sides at the same time and ended up having one cyst on each ovary. It very well could be happening in your case as well since you are on Clomid. I would mention this to the doctor if it doesn't go away soon. They'll need to do an u/s to check. While it is possible to release more than one egg during ovulation, it's not too common. I still stand by the cyst thing.

The O pain went away last night, then we BD. and then again this afternoon O pains came back... This is very odd for me. normally I have O pain for like maybe an hour or 2 during my LH surge and then they are gone... but I am still getting a positive results from LH tests... Not sure what to think.
