what are the main accurate symptoms of early pregnancy

my body is going through major changes and I'm scared that i may be pregnant if so this will be my first pregnancy and I'm clueless

Every pregnancy is different! Some people get sick to their stomach, achey and tender breasts. Some people experience no symptoms until after their missed period. If you really want to know NOW, I would suggest going to see your OBGYN and talking to him/her about your symptoms and how they might be different from your AF symptoms.
