Question

Very unique situation. Help!

I'm TTC my second child. I have the implant for two years to prevent pregnancy. On April 2 I had it removed. Both my Dr and the implant website said conception can happen immediately. I ovulated the next night April 3 and into the early morning of April 4. I got busy the night of April 3. I'm now 11 dpo I can always tell bc of the very specific cramps I get. I started vomiting and nausea at 6 dpo I've been vomiting every day. plus dull aches in the pelvis, headaches, fatigue and moodiness. I haven't had a period since I started the implant in June 2012. I'm so hoping I'm pregnant. Do yall think I am? I'm not sure when to test.

I didn't take an ovulation test but I've always had the same pain every time I've had a period. Doc said before that its ovulation pain. So I'm pretty sure. When I had my daughter, I only had sex the day after I had my period and was throwing up about two weeks later and got a positive test a month later. She is now a healthy 5 year old
