Am i really pregnant or it in in my head?!

Hi ladies! I'm new to the site but have been obsessing over every change or feeling that I've felt this last week!! This is month one ttc. I used first response opk test and tested peak fertility on April 4th, so I think I'm 10dpo today. I've been getting cramps dizzy and feeling drained since 6dpo. Also the evening of 6dpo my cm changed to a lotion like thick white. Yesterday, it changed again to yellowish!? Today I noticed cramping in the middle of my lower abdomen and have been extremely bloated since 6dpo. I ate chex mix and they smelled like fish? Also been having this weird gurgling in my lower belly all day even after I eat. I find myself hungrier than usual. I had a dream on 8dpo I took a hpt and got a Bfp. The night before my fiance had the same dream
Tested this am got a BFN!! Af is due a week from today! Am I crazy?!

You are not crazy, you are just hoping to have a baby this month. Progesterone levels after ovulation tend to give me all kinds of symptoms, they make me " feel pregnant". But then in the end I am not. My advice: don't test much, just be patient and wait it out. Do you keep a temperature chart? This always helps me keep track towards the end of the cycle. Definitely not crazy. It is SO easy to get caught up in every little feeling that could be different than how you feel during a normal cycle. Just track, be honest about what you are REALLY feeling, and try to keep yourself occupied and don't stress. A LOT easier said than done :)
