I had the same thing ended in a mc before my next appointment. I hope you have a better outcome!

Hopefully, they were unable to see anything due to the tilted uterus & when you go back they will be able to pick up a heart beat as things have grown. However, it is possible you have a blighted ovum, where a pregnancy attempted to start, but due to abnormalities, it was unable to continue development. Sending positive vibes your way!

This same thing happened to me. A couple of days later, 6 wks 3 days (according to their measurement) they found a heartbeat. I also have a tilted uterus. That ended up being my second miscarriage. But I have been told by several doctors that wasn't the reason why it turned into a miscarriage. My mom has a tilted uterus and had three kids and no miscarriages. I hope things turn out okay for you :(

Thanks for your replies. I had a follow up scan two weeks later and all is fine! Its just hard to see with a tilted uterus so early on. So, if the same thing happens to you- don't panic!
