I did IUI + trigger 9 years ago. I have done 8 Femara cycles + trigger in the last 8 months. All were unsuccessful. It took us 13 years to conceive our first child through ZIFT after 3 failed IVFs and 1 failed GIFT attempt. After that we conceived naturally 3 more healthy children. The reason why I am writing all this is to give you hope in the bigger picture. I have always wondered why so many of these closely monitored and controlled cycles fail. Maybe it is all the intervention that prevents success?! So, don't give up, even when your assisted cycles fail. I am still doing medicated cycles to try for a fifth child. I am not sure if this is the way to go. But I won 't give up medicated or naturally until my body gives up. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.

I just went through my first IUI with injectables (4th IUI, 1st with the injectables) this past Sunday. I did Clomid 100 mg CD3-7 and hMG 75IU (generic of Repronex) CD 7-12. I hope to have a success story soon!
