did you have an HCG trigger shot for ovulation? I assume you did . I have been doing these for the last 9 months and they cause bloating. In addition you are probably dealing with rising progesterone levels which cause breast tenderness. Implantation occurs most often between days7-10 post ovulation. That's my main symptom this cycle every since I ovulate !! I'm currently 12 dpo, and tired ALL the time!! so much so I'm on suspension from work for sleeping through two shifts!!! Lol

last couple nights I've been tied, but when it's time to sleep I can't! -fingers crossed for you!!

I find it very crazy that these trigger shots have so many side effects with them.

as I said I have done them 9 times now. the bloating is pronounced, also cramping. all these hormone treatments and shots are really unnatural and no wonder the body reacts on them.

I'm wondering if it is the effects of the IUI, I was like that it was crazy. This cycle (natural) I feel better ...

Yea, It has to be the IUI! Phillips said mostly it is!

Actually, it is just the Ovidrel HCG trigger shot that causes the bloating. I have not been doing IUIs recently. 9 years ago We did one and there I remember more of a burning sensation right after the IUI.

The trigger shot is hcg, which IS the pregnancy hormone, so it's no wonder it causes pregnancy symptoms. :)
