Light "period" in early pregnancy?

Hey ladies. I had what I thought was a period on April 5th-11th
But it was light. Now my face is broke out in little pimples on my chin and around my mouth. I am also having period cramps. Does anyone know what this could be? I know I'm probably not pregnant because I got my period, but this is strange.

Could be a hormonal imbalance or something... or just a fluke... you should take a test if it will ease your mind. Good luck!

I had bleeding that looked like a period around the time my real period should have started. I had become pregnant that cycle and my doctor called it implantation bleeding. it lasted for 4 days and to me it felt like a real period. Best wishes and the Lord's blessings.
