Question

Early pregnancy and exercise..?

I am actually TTC still, but I was curious about healthy exercise when in early stages of pregnancy. I currently run and take hot yoga classes, I wouldn't want to do anything to jeopardize the little bean.. Any mothers out there with opinions?

I have always heard that it is ok to continue your exercise routine. Unless you have any complications.

Ur fine to carry on with the exercise, just listen to ur body and slow down/stop when u need to. Also, stay hydrated, u dehydrate faster and it has worse effects on u while preg. As for the hot yoga, Id stop that one once u get a bfp, u dont wanna raise ur temp too much, bad for baby.
Good luck! =))

I agree with Dakota. Once you get your +, stop the hot yoga asap. Other than that, you should be able to continue your routine until it becomes uncomfortable.

I agree with stopping the hot yoga but unless you have had miscarriages/bedrest/bleeding or develop these issues, you should continue your routine, but like these other ladies said, LISTEN to your body and dont over do it. <3 GL
