Has anyone ever had a clear implantation dip, and then been pregnant?

If you have, two questions:
1. How much did it dip?
2. What dpo did it dip, and what dpo did you get a positive hpt?

In case anyone's also curious, a doctor on a different forum told me that implantation dips are pretty rare. Temps can drop a few tenths of a degree, or all the way below the cover line. A positive hot cam follow about 3 days later. Infertility.about.com also helped me, lol. It said that, according to fertility friend, only 23% of pregnant women's charts show an implantation dip, and 11% of no pregnant women show a dip like it.
