Question

Help could we still have a chance this month?

Hi me and my boyfriend are new at ttc and we are having a little bit of a problem we want to try this month and im currently on CD 9 but according to wemonlog I should be ovulating on CD 16 but hes going to be out of town but should be home on CD 20 could I still have a chance this month or should I forget it?

According to my wemon log my cycle is 30 days again we just started ttc so im relieing on this app quiet abit

Are you able to do the BD before he goes away as you may not have a chance afterwards this cycle, unless you ovulate later than expected. From what i've read and researched, the egg only survives for 12-24 hours after ov then begins to die, but if you are able to bd before he goes (and have the right CM) then the little swimmers will be there waiting for the egg to arrive as they can survive for possibly 5 days.

You should also use OPKs to make sure you are having the lh surge at the time you believe you should be ovulating. If you just rely on the app you could be missing your ovulation. I don't know if your timing will work out this month, but it doesn't hurt to try. GL!
