Headaches After Clomid??
I have PCOS and needed Clomid to conceive my son. DH and I have decided to try for a little girl, so in February I started Clomid again with the Metformin that I take every day. That 1st round of Clomid was business as usual; I've always had very low side effects from it. The 2nd cycle was different. Starting exactly 2 days after my last dose (I did days 2-6) on March 17,I got a terrible headache that no joke, lasted until the day I started my period, which was the day before yesterday. For 2 whole days I had no headache! :) I started the Clomid again on day 2 (yesterday) and already tonight I've got a headache! :( I see the fertility specialist on Monday and I'm going to tell her if no luck this cycle then I want to try Femara. Anyone else have crazy headaches while taking Clomid?

I am getting those exact headaches while on Femara. I have done 8 consecutive cycles with it and got a headache every single time just as I started the pills. The initial dose was 2.5 mg then we increased to 5 mg. The headache stayed the same. I took Tylenol. It does not really help because the headache is best described as a migraine (pain behind the eyes, forehead, light sensitivity). I think the pain is connected to changes in hormone levels.
