DPO means Days Past Ovulation, if you aren't sure when you ovulated it will be hard to pin point your exact DPO. You can use the calculators on this site as a guide to help you figure out when you ovulated and go from there. You say your last period was "around" March 1- assuming you have a normal cycle (28 days) then your ovulation date would be between March 11-16, so lets assume you Ovulated on March 15, you would be 26DPO using that scenario.
The only way to know when you ovulate is by tracking your temp with the BBT. This site has TONS of info on how to do that and understand what your body is going through. I hope that helped, good luck.
