Question

4 Blinking smiley faces with clear blue opk. Where's my solid?

This is my first time using clearblue digital opk. I got my first blink on cd11 and on cd14 its still blinking. Anyone else being taunted by the blinking smiley? Afraid that by the time I get solid we will be worn out from bd!

Hi! I used those for about 3 cycles and really liked them (but didn't end up with a BFP). I know a lot of people say that they get more than the 2 blinking faces like the box describes. I bet your solid is coming. It sounds like you are BDing plenty so I bet you have it covered either way. Taking a day off wouldn't hurt you either if it's getting to be too much :)

I have had problems with this OPK before. Although I am working closely together with my RE, I thought I would still benefit from this OPK. One cycle it never gave me a blinking smiley face but a solid face right away. I called my doctor with this result and he compared that to the blood test results from the previous day. And for sure according to the more accurate blood test we were not even close to peak day. I confirmed this later on my BBT chart also. The problem with your continued smiley blinking faces is that this test detects elevated levels of estrogen and displays them in this way. You could be still days away from peak day.
