Is this normal in early pregnancy?

To have alot of af like cramps and have light pink spotting when you wipe? And if so do y'all know why?

You should be fine. Cramps are usually due to stretching of muscles in your uterus getting ready to carry the baby.. And the spotting could also be from implantation. I wouldn't really worry unless you're bleeding heavily like you're on your period. I hope all is well!
