Question

Just quit the pill. Is it ok to start charting?

Hi, all! I just quit the pill (well, I didn't start the new pack after my placebo/period week)... Is it ok to start charting my bbt now or should I wait a few months? Should I expet it to be all over the place? How do you know if your body is ovulating normally? I'm so impatient. Thank you for any help!

Definitely start charting now. It may take a few months for your body to regulate but some people are regulated right away! Either way when you really want to start ttc then you know your body and when to get busy!!
I wish I had started charting right away. I waited about 11 months because my cycles weren't regular. Then when I started charting I felt like I was starting all over! I would definitely chart bbt and cm for now. You can add in opks when you want to ttc if your cycles aren't very regular. Baby dust!
