Leaking Breast Milk at 4 weeks pregnant

I could be pregnant. I have taken a few cheapy tests. SOme seem to be positive, others negative. I was in the bath a little while ago and noticed that one of my breasts was leaking a little breast milk. I finished breastfeeding my daughter 6 months ago. COuld this be a sign of pregnancy?
