After a miscarriage when will I ovulate?

I miscarried at 4-6 weeks on Sunday the 6th if April. When will I next ovulate? Will I have to wait for my next cycle?

A lot of times an early miscarriage won't mess up your cycle, so you should test with OPKs around when you'd normally ovulate. However, every failed pregnancy has the chance to leave hcg and shift your hormones enough tht your cycle will be extended, which will in turn change ovulation, so it's best to keep testing until you get a positive.

Sorry for your loss. I had an early miscarriage last month at 4w6d. I was unsure if my cycle would regulate so I used opks early around CD8 just to be sure and I got a positive opk right as expected on CD 14.

Just be sure your hcg levels are negative as opks can pick up hcg levels and give you a false positive.
