Fertility Aids?!?! Keep up or stop completely?

Ok, so here is my story. I have two boys, ages 6 and 10 and my DH and I are trying for another. We have been trying for a little over a year and a half. I had Mirena in between the boys and then after the second one was born. I had the last one for about 4 years and got it removed and started actively trying for #3. I have been taking vitex, primrose oil, and baby aspirin for this whole time and still nothing. I also track with OPK and they confuse me! LOL! I was wondering what you ladies thought about the fertility aids I am on. Should I stop taking all of them and see what happens or just stick with what I am doing and see if my luck changes? Any information or like stories would be greatly appreciated. I am beginning to lose hope that #3 will ever be a reality. :(

You might have to look at something else. Don't drink coffee, soft drinks or alcohol. Eat more green vegetables/fruit. Take a prenatal with folic acid. Both of you get a fertlity check up. What you are taking shouldn't prevent conception. Vitex is no so great if you had regular cycles to start with

Thank you opalfoxy. I didn't have a cycle with the Mirena so, I don't know if they were regular or not. They have been extremely regular since having that removed, but I don't know if that is from the Vitex or just my system. My DH has been checked and is good to go, and I figured since I have had two children, I am fine. But I will call my doctor and see about getting testing done. I went ahead and stopped the other pills I was taking today and we will see if next cycle is my lucky one. Very heartbreaking though. It is nice to hear from other women with issues like mine. I wish it was easier for all of us out there struggling to become a parent.

Your story sounds much like mine. I have two children (ages 6 & 7). I too had the mirena IUD for approximately 4 years and tried conceiving for 1 1/2 - 2 years. I finally got online and searched natural fertility help & I stumbled on fertility blend for women (they also have a fertility blend for men). Anyways I thought what can it hurt? Ordered it and got pregnant first cycle! That pregnancy ended in a early MC at 5 weeks. I started to take fertility blend again after my MC & conceived again immediately. I didn't even have a period in between conceiving again. I am now 13 weeks pregnant, due in Oct. Just had a OB checkup yesterday, my baby is healthy with a strong HB of 173! GL to you!!!

Ohhh && I took prenatal vitamins the entire time as well!
