I can't help you with the first two - they are specific to you and seem to be pretty common for women with PCOS. Also can't help you with any gender preference - that's entirely up to the sperm.

Clomiphene is also known as clomid. Days 3 to 7 is comment, some people do 4-8 or 5-9. You should expect to ovulate 5-10 days after your last pill.

Estradiol is estrogen - it's to plump up your lining so any embryo will have a nice place to implant. Clomid tends to make it thin because it is an estrogen blocker. If you're taking it vaginally, it will make everything a bit smurfy down there (the pills are blue).

Crinone is progesterone - it's to keep your lining nice and plump after ovulation so you don't shed it before implantation can begin, it will hold off AF. Note that progesterone can give you crazy pregnancy symptoms: nausea, fatigue, sore breasts, cramping, constipation, etc.

that should say "Days 3 to 7 is common" not comment.

Also, if you're not doing a trigger shot, it's unlikely you would have twins. Generally, your body will only ovulate the lead follicle.
