Three periods in a month & a half? Pregnancy symptoms ... so confused.

I have had pregnancy symptoms more so for the last few days now. I am on my 3rd cycle though. Has anyone ever experienced this? Please let me take a moment to give you details.

1. Started Feb. 26th & ended March 6th
2. Nexaplanon (arm implant) taken out on March 3rd.
3. Started March 16th & ended March 20th.
4. Started April 2nd & it's the 5th & I am still bleeding ...

I don't get this. Like I said. Pregnancy symptoms. I think I am losing my mind testing though! Advice! Help!?
