Pregnant right after Chemical Pregnancy?

I have had so much trouble getting pregnant after I had my now 6 year old. We have been actively trying for 3 years, and we got our first positive test last month on March 8th. I was a week late for my period, so we were ecstatic! Well, two days later I started to bleed and cramp- went to ER for them to test my HCG and it was only at 25. Tested again two days later and it was at 0, and the dr deemed it a chemical pregnancy. We were devastated but I decided to track my ovulation last month to see if we could try again so soon. I took a FRER test 1 week ago (7DPO) and it showed a very visible pink line. (pic in my profile) and then I took a Clearblue digital weeks and it says Pregnant 1-2 weeks. I am nervous that since I am finding out so incredibly soon that this is too good to be true. Has anyone out there had anything like this happen? Thanks!
