Could this be an even closer sign to pregnancy?

So all week I have been feeling nauseous, ovary pain, increased appetite and metallic taste. On 6 dpo I constantly sneezed all day and got a runny nose. Today 7 dpo I have a horrible head cold congestion, sore throat and head ache. Could I being getting more signs of being prego should I test now?!?! Or wait?!?!

Nothing even happens till 6-12dpo so either u ovulated earlier or you just have a cold coming x wait till af due

My doctor said everyone is different and that's its even possible for a person to have symptoms at 1 dpo
