Possible gestational sac correspond to 4 weeks and 4 days? what does that even mean?

ok, on Mar. 20 I had lots of follicles and RE wanted to do IUI the next day. I couldn't and Re couldn't do IUI til the 24th. she said I might O on my own. I did have really bad O type pains the night of the 20th but an almost pos opk the 23rd so still did IUI the 24th. I had awful right side pain and went to er on Apr 1st. They couldn't tell me why the pain but did say big cyst on right ovary, OHSS is what RE said. Well today I get my er report and says: possible gestational sac correspond to 4wk 4dy EDD: 12/5/14 But also says UHCG is neg, HCG QN 1 Pregnancy:U (which means unknown)?!?!?! what is going on? I called my RE but can take 72 hours to hear back from them and hospital wont give info!!! what do you ladies think? Im freaking out
