Question

is it twins??

My CD1 was 9th March. Had positive OPK on morning of 20th March then predicted I O'ed on 21st due to cramping. I did a test on 29th and it was a faint positive, then have been testing daily since and the lines getting much darker. Today at 12dpo on FRMU the line showed up straight away and after 5 minutes was as dark as control line. I have a 28day cycle (due in 4 days) I have been feeling super nauseous the last 4 days and exhausted. I didn't get this feeling till I was 7 weeks when I was pregnant with my daughter. Could this mean twins or just a healthy pregnancy? I had a m/c at 6 weeks last year and I tested 4 days before due and line was nowhere near as dark and didn't feel this sick. Thanks for your advice!

Twins can cause exacerbated symptoms, but usually not til a bit later. Ive been PG twice with twins. One set I carried to 32 weeks and now they are nearly 15 and the other set I lost at about 6-7 weeks. I think it is most likely just a healthy pregnancy. If by 10/12 weeks your symptoms are GREATLY increased, I would then ask for an US if you haven't had one done. Also sometimes you "feel" the early symptoms more in subsequent pregnancies because your body recognizes whats going on and responds to it quicker.
