Wrong dates posted earlier.my lmp is 19.02.14 noted bleeding on 30.03.14 for 1 day only.

My lmp was 19.02.14.i have regular periods 26days cycle.never had late periods always a week earlier than lmp.me and my husbnd had intercourse on 26th&27th feb.i missed my periods fr 11days frm lmp.on 30th march I had bleeding which was fresh,pretty much looked liked periods but for just 1 day.i have lower back pain, nausea, breast tenderness all these days.i had a hpt on 26th march which was negative.now I am confussed am I pregnant or that 1 day bleeding was my period. I still at tyms feel nauseas.i puked, blunt lower abdomen pain nd back pain.my periods always continued atleast for 5-6 days.should I have to get tested or its all in my head? Plz help.
