im 25 already have a daughter but been trying for almost a yr to conceive will no luck.
im 25 in pretty good health i have a 5yr already have been trying to conceive again for 11 months 7 months ago i was told i had an incomplete miscarriage.The doctor couldnt be sure if it was or not because before the heavy bleeding i never took a test to confirm my pregnancy.My partner thou is 22yrs older ,he has 2 children through previous partner.We "try" regularly and frequently but nothing.Do you have some advise

Im in a similar situation, i have miscarried 4 times and my periods stopped for 168 days i decided to do daily ovulation tests when my period finally came back, i tested twice a day morning and night and i was with my partner the days i started getting light positives and on my ovulation day and the day after, i take folic acid throughout my period and i am still taking it now as i have had my pregnancy confirmed, i caught in my first month trying but i think the tracking and folic acid helped, i also cut out caffine and too much sugar, sorry its so long and i hope you find what i did usefull :)
