anybody else have serious period symptoms at 11dpo and still have a BFN?

so I am 18 years old....and I had my period on the 3rd of march, and it was extremely light...enough to not even fill up a panty liner and it was there for a few hours and then completely disappeared for the rest of the day then it came back in the morning of the 4th then went away again...and did the same thing on the 5th and each day it got lighter....we did a blood test that was neg and today I am 11 dpo and my doc did a pee test and that was neg too...I have been having serious period like cramps for the past week, had slight bleeding yesterday after sex with my boyfriend....and then nothing since then. my back is killing me and my boobs are so sensitive that I cant even wear my bra because it hurts....am I testing too early or is this AF just playing tricks on me???
