Wow 14.42mL! The normal range is 1.5mL - 5mL!!! I have read somewhere that a greater volume could mean that the sperm is diluted so it could be an issue. Did they tell you a concentration for the sperm? If only 2% is abnormal that is amazing!!!

We are a 2 years and 3 months of trying now. About to have to take the next step and to IVF/ICSI due to MF.

14 million is below average but certainly not too low to become pregnant. An average or good count is between 20-40 million. A poor count is lower than 10 million. So you are right in the middle in the gray area. It may take a little more work to get pregnant but if there are no other issues with you it should be ok. One of my friends tried for 2 1/2 years with PCOS, endometriosis and her DH's count was about 12 million and they are having twins :-) Just try to keep as many in there as possible. Have you tried preseed or softcups?

Softcups can be found in the aisle with tampons and pads usually. They are meant to be an alternative to pads or tampons during AF. It's kind of shaped like a diaphragm. It's a little cup attached to a flexible ring. Although I never got pregnant while using them (dh's count is only 2-6 million and we moved on to ivf) other people have. I tried them and loved them just for the clean factor. I just slid it in after bding and it held in all/most of DH's baby juice up by my cervix and I could fall asleep with it in. Big plus: no more leaks on the sheets!
