I have all of those symptoms at 6DPO. Is it possible to feel these symptoms without being pregnant?
I ovulated on Friday 21st March 2014 (I think) and have been feeling symptoms such as; heartburn, mild, dull period-like cramps, nausea, vivid dreams, flatulence, bloating and fatigue since 3PDO. I was wondering if those symptoms can be contributed from Ovulation (as I don't ovulate naturally and am on Clomid) or if I would only feel these symptoms if conception was successful.

U can definitely feel every one of those without being pregnant...more than likely the clomid intensified them as it increases the hormone responsible for pms and pregnancy symptoms, progesterone. Anything that happens before implantation can occur (6-12dpo) is strictly hormones. Not to say u wont get a bfp this cycle, u just technically wouldnt have one before that timenframe.
Good luck! =))
