I've had 5 days of spotting so far, and no AF. I'm either 12-13 DPO. Is this characteristic of IB?

I am about 12 or 13 DPO. At 8 or 9 DPO I began spotting. At first it was a very, very light brown spotting, only when I wiped. That continued for two days. Then I had some red drops that I thought was the beginning of AF, so I put in a tampon. However, only tiny bits of brown were on the tampon. The spotting is back to being brown, although a little darker than when it first started, but still just a very small amount. I'm on the fifth day of spotting. I don't really want to test yet as my period often doesn't come until CD30. (And I don't want to see a negative, I'd rather wait for AF). However, did anyone experience implantation bleeding similar to this and was pregnant? Thanks.
