Glue like CM?

I'm currently 13 dpo and I've been having almost glue like cm for the past few days. I'm due to get my period tomorrow but, normally at this time I tend to dry up. I've been having dull cramps recently but nothing like pre AF cramps. I took a pregnancy test at 10 dpo and it came out negative. Anyone else experience this type of cm before getting bfp?
