Help!!! TOTALLY CONFUSED!?!?!

Hi guys 1st time user here I'm a mum of 1 and ATM trying for baba number 2. I had 2 implants in for the past 4yrs but recently got it taken out (24th of feb) I had a short period on the 28th of feb just for 3 days and have had numerous amounts of unprotected sex with my partner I ovulated on the 14th of March and I'm due my next period in 3 days! I took a test this morning at 11DPO with FMU and it was negative this has totally disheartened me I know I've only had my implant out a month but I've wanted a baby for so long any advice or help or even wise words would be so grateful! I've had on and off nausea and constipation + plenty of cramping but no bleeding as of yet I'm also full of gas - literally! And very tired I don't know if it's PMS or what?!?! Help!!!
