Hello! I am currently trying to conceive and I am 32 years old.It is well documented that a womans fertility begins to decline little by little in the early 30's and that by age 35 there is a big drop in fertility.I do have other children but im aware that my time will be up soon and I just love being a mom,so here I am going for another baby lol. This decision is completely up to the two of you and what you really want for your lives! your wife is 29 years old and shouldn't have problems conceiving at her age...but if you wait another 4 or 5 years it could be a very different story. Its such a personal decision but if you are in a place in your lives where you are stable enough to have a child and you do know for sure that you want to have a baby...id say go for it.A woman has her biological clock but theres always time to further your career ;) .Good luck in making your decision.....all you can do is follow your hearts :)

I suggest you take a look under the "Tools & Tickers" tab and then under "Age and Fertility" Calculator. You can run a few different scenarios with different ages and hopefully that will give you the answers you are looking for. Remember however, that they are only averages and a your personal health will come in to play such as family history, diet, physical activity, stress levels...

Hi there... I do believe that fertility comes to personal health, family history, your diet and physical activity rather than your age. I fell pregnant at 40 - first time - on my second cycle, I'm 32 weeks now, so far so good. My partner and I decided to give it a go after two years together. To be honest I didn't keep my hopes up. I thought that my chances for conceiving were very limited at my age, boyfriend is 36yo tho. We both exercise, we are not overweight and try to eat organic most times. So even if you two decide to wait... try to be at your best physical form when you start trying and never stress about it. Like I said, I never kept my hopes up, I told my parents that if I didn't fall pregnant in a year, I would just give up and enjoy life, my partner agreed. Everyone's priority is different, I just thought that if it was meant to be then it would happen. Good luck :)
