Very dark brown bleeding, a few day earlier than expected AF...

I also had mid cycle bleeding at ovulation time, but it was heavier than what women describe as ovulation bleeding. With that said, could I have gotten pregnant during that heavy of a flow, mid cycle? This is blood, but nothing like normal AF, and I have no cramping or other menstrual symptoms.... (long exhale)
