Egg donor now TTC also told I have Chadwick's sign

Hello ladies,

I was involved with a donor program and donated my eggs February 20th to three separate couples. I then got my period on the 26th which lasted about 4-5 days. My husband and I had sex on the 5th of March. On the 9th of march I had very light bleeding that only lasted a day and a half. I'm unsure if this was implantation bleeding since it was only 4 days after we had sex. We then had sex the 10th, 13th, 15th and 17th. I had my yearly appointment with my gyno on the 18th and she noticed my cervix had a blueish tint to it. She mentioned this was Chadwick's sign and that it is a good indicator of pregnancy. She also said upon palpitation everything felt right for me possibly being in early pregnancy. She told me to wait a week and then test. I've been having dull cramps, pulling sensations and a feeling of pressure. I've also noticed pressure when I sit down almost like things are swollen? I tested yesterday and it came back negative. Am I pregnant? I truly hope I am!
