I would have to say the best tip is to stop trying. Yeah I know that sounds crazy, but sometimes we just over think it and just need to let it happen. If you don't mind me asking...how long have you been trying?

1) If you are trying for since 6 months than you both must check up(TSH, T3, T4, blood test, abdomen scan, lipid, urine test, x-ray, semen analysis and so on ) you know evrything should be all right.
2) Life style : such as eating habits (include zinc rich food), exesrcise.
3) Don't make TTC so hard, include holidays and try to have fun..

Its really hard to see other's BFPs we happy but at the time felt very sad.. don't take so much stress, try to feel free and enjoy every moment of life, TTC is not the only thing in life busy yourself in your HOBBIES..

Ask and share your thoughts here, you will get very good friends here :)

Sending you lots of baby dust... :) Good luck dear :)

Only 2 months haha. I know I'm being crazy. I work in customer service and seeing 50+ babies a day makes it even harder. I know ive been totally over thinking it. Last month I had a phantom pregnancy. I had all of the symptoms and was convinced i was pregnant.

It took me 13 months to get my first BFP and this time I got my BFP we weren't really trying (but not preventing) and it happened right away. So you never know how long it's going to take. Most healthy couples will conceive within a year of trying, so don't give up. 2 months is not long at all. I would definitely say to track ovulation using OPKs and BBT, take a baby aspirin, and a prenatal vitamin. I also used the CBE fertility monitor for my first (I would have used it again). One time is all it takes. Both months I got BFPs, we only were able to BD once that month! I couldn't believe that after all the stress for months, it came down to one time. Try not to stress and enjoy the process:-) GL and lots of baby dust!

Well I am glad to hear that you haven't been trying too long. That is good. It could take up to a year or so to see that BFP! So try not to get frustrated. Knowing and understanding your body is a big help. This website has some great tools you can use to chart. This will help you learn patterns with your body from month to month. I hope this has helped. Good luck to you!!!
